Prestige Brewing was born from a simple conviction: that great beer doesn't need to be complicated — it just needs to be made with care. In 2018, our founders turned a passion for homebrewing into a full-fledged brewhouse right here on Castle Street.
Every batch starts with a question: what would we want to drink? That curiosity drives our process — from selecting local ingredients to experimenting with unconventional yeast strains. We brew in small batches so every pint meets the standard we'd set for our own tables.
